An outstanding figure in French history, a symbol of feminism for some, a popular saint for others, Joan of Arc will be at the centre of the festivities from 18 to 20 May 2023.
On the programme? 3 days of festivities concocted by the city of Rouen including a parade, medieval market, troubadours, falconers and many other activities. Residents and visitors are invited to share these festive moments in period costume.
Let yourself be transported by medieval music on 18 and 19 May by enjoying sacred notes and polyphonic a capella singing in the Saint-Godard church.
On 18 May, at 3pm, solve Jeanne's secrets during an Urban Escape Game. Equipped with mysterious boxes, follow the scenario and reach the different enigma centres, between the Cathedral and the Place du Vieux-Marché.
